1. LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR THE LAW FIRM OF LASOTA & PETERS Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for Paul Golab of the law firm LaSota & Peters for the purpose of temporarily providing legal advice and counsel to the Maricopa County Office of Management and Budget, as needed on budget items during the remainder of this fiscal year , and as the Open Meeting Law attorney in executive sessions as needed regarding the Ogletree Deakins current cases . This waiver is for these matter s and engagement only and is not intended to be an express or implied engagement for any other purpose or a waiver of any other conflict of interest which currently exists or may arise in the future.
