APPOINTMENT FOR LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 13 HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1202, receive the names of the three qualified electors as candidates to fill the vacancy for the District 13 Representative seat as submitted by the Legislative District 13 Citizens Committee regarding the LD-13 Representative vacancy. The three names submitted are: Lorenzo Sierra Martin J. Quezada Paul Valach The Board of Supervisors will vote to appoint one of the candidates from the list to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Representative Richard Miranda.
