CONFLICT WAIVER FOR DOUG JORDEN OF JORDEN BISCHOFF & HISER Approve a request for waiver of conflict of interest for the law firm of Jorden of Jorden Bischoff & Hiser, P.L.C. to represent and provide legal advice to the Maricopa County Board of Adjustment with respect to an appeal to superior court of a decision by the Board of Adjustment in matter BA2011030. This waiver is for the matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists, which may arise in the future, and is not intended to supersede or effect any waiver currently granted this firm.
