ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH Approve the administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on May 23, 2012, C-06-12-392-9-00 that approved the appointment of Debra Baldauff to the Board of Health as a Member At-Large with a term effective date of May 23, 2012 through May 31, 2015.
