9. CANCELLATION OF THE TONTO HILLS DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION AND APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 48-1012(E) and 16-401(A), approve a request to cancel the election of the Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District scheduled to be held on November 6, 2012 and appoint the following people who filed nominating petitions to fill the positions on the Board of Directors: William Victor Charles Hoagland The appointed Directors shall serve four year terms effective January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.
