A-2. LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR KUTAK ROCK, LLP Approve a request for waiver of any potential or existing conflict of interest for the law firm of Kutak Rock, LLP to provide legal advice and representation to voter challenging the candidacy of Charles Townsell in the school board for Phoenix Elementary School District #1. Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the County Superintendent of Schools are named, indispensable parties in the challenge. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matter or any other potential conflict which may arise in the future in any other matter.
