70. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHOS JARDINES IWDD #34 Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 16-410(A) and the letter received by the District 1. Declare the election cancelled, and accept the nomination petitions filed for three trustee positions on the Ranchos Jardines Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 34., and 2. Appoint Joe Granado, Michael McLean and David Hoffman, duly qualified, to be retained for the term of office for which they were nominated. The trustees appointed shall hold office for two years from January 1, 2013 following their appointment and until their successors are elected or appointed and qualified. (C-06-13-204-7-00)
