PROPERTY RE-CLASSIFICATION APPEAL – FOR APPROVAL Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12052, approve property owners’ appeals to re-classify, where the owner has satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and re-classify the property to class three (owner occupied). Waive assessed penalties and liens related to this reclassification action. Direct the County Assessor to re-classify the properties to class three (owner occupied), pursuant to A.R.S. §41-12003. Additionally, correct action item on November 28, 2012, agenda regarding an error in the parcel number from 300-18-074 to 300-13-074.
