BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR MOUNTAIN VIEW ESTATES ASSOC II Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by Henry Storms for a Class A Bingo License to be used at Mountain View Estates Assoc II at 8600 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona 85208 and set a public hearing to be held on January 23, 2013 at 9:00 AM. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
