A-9. RECEIVE PETITIONS AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE QUEEN CREEK NON-CONTIGUOUS COUNTY ISLAND FIRE DISTRICT Pursuant to ARS §48-261, set a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., January 9th. 2013, at the Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 West Jefferson on the validity of the petitions submitted November 28th, 2012, for the creation of the proposed Queen Creek Non-Contiguous county Island Fire District and the verification completed by the County Assessor's Office. At the hearing the Board will receive certification of petitions and issue a final order regarding the creation of the Queen Creek Non-Contiguous County Island Fire District. (C-06-13-222-7-00)
