89. SALE OF MOBILE HOME TO ROSARIO GALAVIZ AND ROSA RIVERA Approve the sale of a 1972 Buddy mobile home to Rosario Galaviz and Rosa Rivera. The mobile home is located at 6430 W. Van Buren Avenue #17, Phoenix, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property sale. The mobile home will be sold as and where is, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect, for $264.86 or for the highest bid made and paid at the Meeting. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the successful bidder. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund to pay back taxes through 2012. (C-06-13-234-M-00)
