A-1. SALE OF MOBILE HOME TO ADRIAN ARMANDO LAFARAGA-VALLE Approve the sale of a 1979 Lifestyle Mobile Home to Adrian Armando Lafaraga-Valle. The mobile home is currently located at 16001 N. 27th Street, Lot 12, Phoenix, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for $949.04, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the buyer. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-13-349-M-00)
