PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for June 19, 2013 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of application by Teleport Communications America, LLC for a public service franchise to occupy Maricopa County rights-of-way and appropriate utility easements for the purpose of construction, use, operation and maintenance of a telecommunications system, including local telephone services and data service as authorized by the State of Arizona to serve the residents and businesses within the boundaries of Maricopa County. The hearing will consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. (C-06-13-426-L-00)
