78. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE FOUNTAIN HILLS SANITARY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-2010(A), 16-204, and the resolution and letter received by the Fountain Hills Sanitary District: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 5, 2013; 2. Accept the nomination petitions filed for two positions to the Fountain Hills Sanitary District Board of Directors; 3. Appoint Thomas Reski and Glenn Panaro who filed nominating petitions to fill the two positions. The appointed Directors shall serve four year terms effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2017, and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-2010(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. (C-06-14-063-M-00)
