79. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHO GRANDE LANDERWOOD IWDD NO. 24 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-2010(A), 16-204, and the minutes and letter received from Rancho Grand Landerwood IWDD No. 24: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 20, 2013; 2. Appoint Pierre LeBlanc, John Oliver, and Brian Watson who filed petitions to fill the three positions. The appointed Trustees shall serve two year terms effective January 2014 through December 31, 2015, and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-2010(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. (C-06-14-066-M-00)
