66. SALE OF MOBILE HOME TO DESERT MOBILE HOMES, LLC Approve the sale of a 1999 Cavco Mobile Home to Desert Mobile Homes, LLC. The mobile home is currently located at 9421 E. Main Street, Lot 116, Mesa, AZ. 85207. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for $780.09, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the buyer. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-261-M-00)
