A-3. SALE OF MOBILE HOME Approve the sale of a 1996 Southern Mobile Home/ Tax ID 97374951 to Joel Mendoza Aguirre. The mobile home is currently located at 1001 N. 43rd Avenue, Lot #327, Phoenix, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for $1,010.77, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the buyer. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-319-M-00)
