10. CLERK OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' REQUEST FOR OVER THE THRESHOLD REVIEW Pursuant to the Board approved FY2015 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management and Budget to review the Clerk of the Board’s Over the Threshold budget request of $73,510 to address the following issues: • Staffing needs which have been impacted by evolving/changing business operations in the Clerk’s Office, $64,060. (Operating expense, Fund 100) • An increase in the contract renewal for the Agenda/Minutes/Document Management System, $9,450. (Operating expense Set Aside, Fund 100) (C-06-14-331-M-00)
