A-2. WAIVER OF PENALTIES ON PROPERTIES IN THE LEGAL CLASS VERIFICATION Approve a waiver of penalties on properties as specified below regarding the reclassification of properties in the Legal Class Verification Process – specifically those properties identified in the following Session Law: “Pursuant to HB 2344, First Regular Session of the Fifty-first Legislature (2013), waive the penalties required for a failure to respond to a request for information pursuant to ARS 42-12052. This waiver is effective for those properties deemed subject to such penalty prior to June 30, 2014.” (C-06-14-372-M-00)
