A-1. SALE OF MOBILE HOME Approve the sale of a 1985 Seacliff, Tax ID 96828559 Mobile Home to Larry D. or Shirley M. Dierking. The mobile home is currently located at 834 S. Meridian Rd., #145, Phoenix, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for $300.00, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect, for $300.00, or for the highest bid made and paid at the meeting. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the successful bidder. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-389-M-00)
