A-5. SALE OF MOBILE HOME Approve the sale of a 1987 Sunridge Mobile Home, Tax ID96932501 to Friendly Village of Long Beach, LLC, DBA Peoria Polynesian Village. The mobile home is currently located at 10951 N. 91st Avenue, Lot 240, Peoria, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for a credit bid of $3,447.10, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect, for $3,447.10, or for the highest bid made and paid at the meeting. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the successful bidder. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-405-M-00)
