100. ORDER AND CALL OF A SPECIAL BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD IN AND FOR MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT ON NOVEMBER 4, 2014 The Board recognizes receipt of the attached application submitted on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Special Health Care District (“District”) to order a special bond election to be held on November 4, 2014 by submitting to the qualified electors of the District the question regarding the District’s issuance of bonds in an aggregate principal amount not exceeding $935,000,000 of general obligation bonds. This item is being considered by the Board of Supervisors solely to satisfy the public approval requirement of A.R.S. § 48-5566(A) that the Board of Supervisors shall submit the question to the qualified electors upon receiving the application from the District. The Board hereby approves the Order and Call as attached. (C-06-14-456-M-00)
