Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, et al United States District Court Case No. CV06-2816-PHX-RCB; now on appeal to the Ninth Circuit by payment of plaintiff’s attorney’s fees and costs in the amount of $675, 000 in return for global settlement of this action and the dismissal with prejudice of the parties’ respective appeals.
