A-2. TAX SETTLEMENT CASES Approve a recommended settlement of all claims regarding CNL Hotels and Resorts (Desert Ridge) v. Maricopa County, TX2007-000057, consolidated with TX20007-000177; TX201111-001014, consolidated with TX2013-000403 and TX2012-000052, for all subject tax years from 2003 through 2012, resulting in aggregate tax refund of $2.1 million, with no interest and each party to bear its own attorney's fees and costs.
