24. FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR THE COOKSON COMPANY Approve a “non-objection” letter for the application for the inclusion of The Cookson Company – Parcel Number 500-45-009 – as a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) site within the Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone, Inc’s General-Purpose Zone No. 277; and authorize the Chairman to sign said “non-objection” letter. The letter will be directed to the Foreign Trade-Zone Board, U.S. Department of Commerce. (C-06-15-048-M-00)
