A-1. CONFLICT WAIVER FOR GUST ROSENFELD P.L.C. Approve request for conflict of interest waiver filed by Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C to represent Glendale Elementary School District (the "District") in a Notice of Violation (NOV) No. No. 731618 filed by Maricopa County Air Quality Department. Because Gust Rosenfeld also has a contract to represent Maricopa County in unrelated matters, a conflict of interest results between two clients of the firm. If the parties cannot reach a resolution of the matter and the matter proceeds to an administrative hearing or to litigation, Gust Rosenfeld has agreed to withdraw from it representation of the District. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists, which may arise in the future and is not intended to supersede or affect any waiver currently granted this firm. The conflict waiver does not involve and does not extend to an administrative hearing or other litigation which may arise from this matter.
