61. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE FOR LIBERTY UTILITIES (LITCHFIELD PARK WATER & SEWER) CORP. Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, October 22, 2014, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer) Corp., for a public service franchise to expand water and wastewater utility service to the residents of Marbella Ranch residing in Maricopa County. The hearing will consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. (C-06-15-094-7-00)
