BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SAN TAN CROWN ROTARY CLUB - CHANDLER Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by Thomas Adamson for a Class B Bingo License to be used at 25601 North Sun Lakes Blvd., Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248 and set a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 9:00 AM. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
