BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SAN TAN CROWN ROTARY CLUB - CHANDLER Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the application filed by Thomas Adamson for a Class B Bingo License to be used at 25601 North Sun Lakes Blvd., Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248 on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 6:00 PM. The Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
