8. DEANNEXATION FROM THE CITY OF AVONDALE AND ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK - ORDINANCES 1552-714 & 14-195 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding ordinances filed to deannex portions of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila & Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, described as follows: The North 25 feet of the South 58 feet of the Southwest one-quarter. The North 25 feet of the South 58 feet of the West half of the Southeast quarter; The East 25 feet of the South 33 feet of the West half of the Southeast quarter. (Ordinance No. 1552-714) and annex to the City of Litchfield Park (Ordinance No. 14-195). Upon determining that the statutory requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Avondale and that the same territory be annexed to the City of Litchfield Park as specified in the two ordinances.
