2. APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR TO HARQUAHALA VALLEY FIRE DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-803(B) appoint Mike Fusco as administrator for the Harquahala Valley Fire District from October 27, 2014 to December 1, 2014. Further authorize the Clerk of the Board to compensate Mr. Fusco at the rate of $150.00/day for a maximum of $2,000.00, plus mileage at the rates permitted by Maricopa County policy. All amounts expended by the Clerk shall be reimbursed by the Fire District pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251.06(B). (C-06-15-166-M-00)
