A-3. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE SAN TAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A), the letter received by the San Tan Irrigation District: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 11, 2014; 2. Accept the nomination petition filed for one position on the San Tan Irrigation District Board of Directors; 3. Appoint Kyle Taylor who filed nominating petitions to fill the one position. The appointed Director shall serve a three year term effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017, and until the respective successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. (C-06-15-182-M-00)
