A-1. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHO JARDINES IWDD NO. 34 Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A), the letter received by the Rancho Jardines IWDD No. 34: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 19, 2014; 2. Appoint David Hoffman, Joe Granado, and Mike McClean who filed nominating petitions to fill the one position. The appointed Trustee shall serve a two year terms effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016, and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. (C-06-15-204-M-00)
