ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH Approve an administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on March 11, 2015 (C-06-15-336-7-00) regarding the resignation and appointment to the Board of Health. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct the name of the member resigning from the Board of Health. Accept the resignation of Dr. Michael Robert Mills, MD, Dr. Bryant Boyack, DO, and approve the appointment of Dr. Jon Graff to the Board of Health.
