APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM LOCAL BOARDS Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-847 and §38-893, approve the appointment of Sean Lake, who was elected Chairman of the Merit System Commission on March 4, 2015, to the following local boards as a citizen member: • County Attorney Investigator’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board The term of the appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through December 31, 2015.
