76. RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENTS TO THE BUILDING CODE ADVISORY BOARD Pursuant to ARS 11-862, accept the resignation of Robert Ghan and approve the appointments of Gabriel Millican, serving as the Licensed Engineer; Vincent Territo, serving as the Licensed Architect; and Tracy Finley, serving as the Public Member, to the Building Code Advisory Board. The term of the appointment for Mr. Millican and Mr. Territo will be effective as of Board approval to March 30, 2019. The term of the appointment for Mr. Finley will be effective as of Board approval to March 30, 2017. (C-06-15-387-7-00)
