The director is not a voting member. In addition, approve the appointment of Jerry Geering as the Chairman of the Task Force through the remainder of his term, January 1, 2019.

TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM REGIONAL TASK FORCE RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENTS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 49-582A, accept the resignation of Maria Fant-Cody and appoint Tina Wesoloskie as the Travel Reduction Program Director and Assistant Chairman of the Travel Reduction Program Regional Task Force, effective upon Board Approval.
