WIAVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR ST R UCK, WIENEKE & LOVE Approve a request for a waiver of conflict of interest for Struck, Wieneke & Love which seeks to represent the City of Phoenix in the matter of Debra Milke v. City of Phoenix, et al. Case # 2:15-cv-00462-JZB. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matters or any other potential conflicts which may arise in the future in any other matter.
