WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR O'CONNOR & CAMPBELL Approve a request for a waiver of conflict of interest for O’Connor & Campbell which seeks to represent the Detective Robert Mills of the Phoenix Police Department in the matter of Debra Milke v. City of Phoenix, et al. Case # 2:15-cv-00462-JZB. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matters or any other potential conflicts which may arise in the future in any other matter.
