6. RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT - CONSTABLE, MCDOWELL MOUNTAIN JUSTICE PRECINCT Daniel F. Ryan, Constable, McDowell Mountain Justice Precinct has submitted a letter of resignation effective March 17, 2015. Therefore, pursuant to ARS 11-251(16), the Board of Supervisors accepts the resignation of Mr. Ryan and will consider the appointment of a qualified candidate to fill the vacancy created by this resignation, effective May 6, 2015. The newly appointed Constable will be paid $48,294 annually. The appointee to this position shall fill the portion of the term until the next regular general election. At the next regular general election, the person elected shall fill the remainder of the unexpired term of the office. (C-06-15-442-9-00)
