85. APPOINTMENTS TO THE EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER LOCAL BOARD Approve the appointments of Sandra Mendez as the Chairman's Designee and Tina Tegtmeyer as the Alternate Member to the Emergency Food and Shelter Local Board. The term of the appointments are for one year or for the duration of Phase 33, which is effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016 or until the Phase has officially ended, at which time a new Board will be seated.
