APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO THE LIBRARY DISTRICT CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMITTEE Approve the appointment of Donald Langlois, representing Supervisorial District 1, and the reappointment of Marc Kuffner, representing Supervisorial District 3, to the Library District Citizens' Advisory Committee. The term of Mr. Langlois' appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through June 30, 2016.
