59. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE SAN TAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A), the letter received by the San Tan Irrigation District: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015; 2. Appoint Ron Wells who filed a nominating petition to fill the one position. The appointed Trustee shall serve a three year term effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017, and until his successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. (C-06-16-072-M-00)
