78. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHO GRANDE LANDERWOOD IWDD NO. 24 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter received from the Rancho Grande Landerwood IWDD No. 24: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2015; 2. Appoint Pierre LeBlanc, Brian E. Watson, and Terri Brown who filed nominating petitions to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve two year terms effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. Supervisorial District 3. (C-06-16-137-M-00)
