82. DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF GLENDALE AND ANNEXATION TO CITY OF PEORIA Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, schedule a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at the Board of Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson regarding ordinances filed to deannex approximately 2.19 acre parcel generally located West of the New River and North of the Beardsley Road connector from the City of Glendale (Ordinance Nos. 2911 and 2912) and annex to the City of Peoria (Ordinance No. 2015-13A). (Supervisorial District 4). Upon determining that the statutory requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Glendale and that the same territory be annexed to the City of Peoria as specified in the two ordinances.
