83. DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF PEORIA AND ANNEXATION TO CITY OF GLENDALE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, schedule a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at the Board of Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson regarding ordinances filed to deannex approximately 6.49 acre parcel generally located East of the New River and North of the Beardsley Road connector from the City of Peoria (Ordinance No. 2015-14A) and annex to the City of Glendale (Ordinance Nos. 2909 and 2910). (Supervisorial District 4). Upon determining that the statutory requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Peoria and that the same territory be annexed to the City of Glendale as specified in the two ordinances.
