62. PETITIONS FOR PROPOSED RANCHO DEL MONTE IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3423, set a public hearing on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 to accept the petitions filed for the proposed Rancho Del Monte Irrigation Water Delivery District as they have been determined to be signed by a majority of the owners of the acreage within the proposed district. The Board of Supervisors may set the hearing and order the Clerk of the Board to publish the petitions and notice of hearing twice in a newspaper and post copies within the district in conspicuous places. At the hearing any landowner within the proposed district may appear and object to the organization thereof or to the proposed boundaries thereof or to the inclusion of his land therein. The Board will here and consider all comments in favor or against the organization of the district and decide whether to approve or reject the organization of the district with the boundaries proposed in the petition or with modified boundaries. The proposed district is located in Rancho Del Monte, a community subdivision in Phoenix as seen in Exhibit A and B that were attached to the petitions and contains 37.924 acres and 107 parcels.
