48. IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED WHITE FENCE FARMS 1 IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT 1. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261 and § 48-263, receive the impact statement for the proposed White Fence Farms 1 Irrigation Water Delivery District and set a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2016. 2. Approve a bond in the amount of $250 to be filed with the Board by the persons proposing the district to cover costs incurred by the County if the district is not finally organized pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261(C). At the hearing on April 20, 2016, the Board will hear those who appear for and against the proposed district and shall determine whether the creation of the district will promote public health, comfort, convenience, necessity or welfare. If the Board of Supervisors determines that the public health, comfort, convenience, necessity or welfare will be promoted, it shall approve the district impact statement and authorize the persons proposing the district to circulate petitions. The district will be located in the White Fence Farms 1 Subdivision in Gilbert, Arizona according to Book 133 of Maps, Page 22, records of Maricopa County, Arizona; except any portion of said lots that has been dedicated as right-of-way, together with Lot 15 of the Bristol Square Subdivision, according to Book 400 of Maps, Page 31, records of Maricopa County, Arizona; except the south 134 feet thereof. A map of the proposed boundaries of the district is also available in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and on the Clerk’s web site.
