REAPPOINTMENT TO THE EMPLOYEE MERIT SYSTEM COMMISSION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT MERIT SYSTEM COMMISSION Approve the official appointment of Larry Pickard, representing Supervisorial District 4, to the Employee Merit System Commission and to the Law Enforcement Merit System Commission.
