MAIL BALLOT ELECTIONS FOR SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICTS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-225 and 16-558, approve a mail ballot election for the following special taxing districts: Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District and Harquahala Valley Irrigation District to be conducted by the District on November 15, 2016 (Supervisorial District 5) Western Meadows Irrigation District to be conducted by the District on November 15, 2016 (Supervisorial District 3) College Park Country Estates IWDD No. 53 to be conducted by the District on November 16, 2016 (Supervisorial District 2) Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District to be conducted by the District on November 1, 2016 (Supervisorial District 2).
